Program
Over 2000 Three-dimensional Marks have been registered since 1997 in Japan. Color, Sound, Position, Moving and Hologram Marks were registrable from April 1, 2015 and over 900 Marks have been filed. By analyzing such registrations, applications and court cases under the Trademark Law and Unfair Competition Prevention Law, brand strategy of global companies will be discussed.
