Holiday Notice October 14, 2024

The Japan Patent Office and the Intellectual Property High Court will be closed on October 14 (Monday) for a national holiday; our office will also be closed on the same day.

In Japan, when a due date for filing a patent application or a response to an Official Action falls on a holiday, the due date will become the first working day after the holiday.  However, should there be any urgent matters, which require our immediate action, please let us have instructions or inquiries before the holiday.
