Holiday Notice September 16 & 23, 2024

The Japan Patent Office and the Intellectual Property High Court will be closed on September 16 (Monday) and 23 (Monday) for national holidays; our office will also be closed on these dates.

In Japan, when a due date for filing a patent application or a response to an Official Action falls on a holiday, the due date will become the first working day after the holiday.  However, should there be any urgent matters, which require our immediate action, please let us have instructions or inquiries before the holidays.
