Transition to Full-Time Teleworking in Yuasa and Hara

As of 8 April 2020, all of staff of Yuasa and Hara, except for essential personnel whose physical presence at our office are extremely necessary, shift to full-time teleworking as a counter-measure against the epidemic of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), since the Government of Japan and the Governor of Tokyo declared the stay-at-home order on 7 April 2020.
We have put in place the facilities necessary for teleworking, and our essential business is continuing without any particular difficulties. However, we are sorry to say but we might not be able to have face-to-face meetings and might not be able to respond any communications by telephone, facsimile, post, or courier service. Therefore, we would greatly appreciated if you kindly send us any instruction or enquiry by e-mail at your earliest convenience,
– for legal matters, preferably directly to the person-in-charge;
– for patent matters, preferably to both the person-in-charge and email@example.com; or
– for design and trademark matters, preferably to both the person-in-charge and firstname.lastname@example.org,
– for accounting, auditing and tax matters, preferably directly to the person-in-charge.
Please rest assured that, with your consent, we will take every effort under applicable laws and regulations to avoid unintended outcome on your case, including extending due dates.
