Holiday Notice: from November 23 through 25, 2018

Please note that the Japan Patent Office and the Intellectual Property High Court will be closed on  November 23, 2018 (Friday), for a national holiday in Japan; our office will also be closed on the same day.  Further, our office will be closed on November 24  (Saturday) and 25 (Sunday).

Please note that, in Japan, when a due date for filing a patent application or a response to an Official Action falls on a holiday, the due date will become the first working day after the holiday.  However, should there be any urgent matters, which require our immediate action, please let us have instructions or inquiries before November 23, 2018.
