Special Treatment for Filing a Priority Document in Hague International Design Registration designating Japan

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) announced on October 28, 2016 the special treatment allowing the holders of the Hague international design registrations to submit priority documents for their registered designs．The deadline is January 30, 2017, which is not extendible.

JPO is sending a special notice directly to the holders or their local representatives in Japan.
